woohoo i get to strat new thread, old one was maxed out!

i wanted to say that i would like to lose 6lb by next time i get weighed and then i will finally lose the far away dream of getting over 2 stone!

rg, what are your norks like???..i have a lovely black wrap over type top, longer lengh(like those short dresses you wear with jeans), shows my/your norks of really well LOL and has shortish sleeves...looks really nice with nice trousers or even with jeans to dress down..is 22 i think, you can have it, ill send it over???

Pink - My norks? Erm.... Well they're kinda pink and fleshy and ample!! your wrap over top sounds lovely!! If you're sure you dont need it any more, i would be more than willing to offer it a new home!

and my bambino keeps bashing them with his feet, so i reckon my norks will end up flat!! ha!! i wish they would do a bra that squashes them small - they do bloody bras to make them look bigger and chicken fillets etc but what abt the large chested girl who doesnt like hers!!

my ex flat mate was 36g or something stupid, for xmas she asked her parents to have them reduced, they paid for them she has a fine pair of norks, although she has these horrible whipped cream like scars undernearth and cant brestfeed or have any sensation in them, but they look fab!

what about a minimiser bra jaz?

me too Ria, wearing same as last night out, but going for meal first and shirt is fitted and friend is super slim, so feelinng a tad uncomfortable..however as my attempt at straightening my hair went wrong, i chucked in my old carmen rollers and now dp thinks i look gorgeous...so hes made me feel a little better..hope you and everyone ele has a fab night.xxxx

SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE!!!!! not only do I need to change myself I need to change my wardrobe. Night out was OK, not really my thing. I had a good time but not a great time iyswim. Didn't help that by the time I had got the DCs ready for bed/to go out I had 20 mins left to wash my hair and get ready.

jaz, this name is in honour of my OU course (Educating Rita), the last one was my halloween name, it will soon be christmas... I like a change I do like to keep Ria though, I am fond of her.

never mind pink, put it behind you and start afresh. It is Monday after all. you've done so well too, so one weekend won't harm too much.

I bought myself quality street yesterday, plan being I have 2/3 depending on syns, for a proper treat. But treats only if I've exercised.

Just added an extra 20 mins to the walk home from school.

I want a good week this week, I need to see if these tabs are any good.

ive just made myself porridge, left out the sugar( i used to have sweetner in but stopped cos of all the aspatame etc) and mashed up a banana instead and it was lovely, feel really full now, going to take mindee (not here yet only working 2 hours today) to buy fruit and pop to post office this afty, so a walk that i wouldnt normally be doing and the rest of day i will be hoovering and cleaning till school pick up, so hopefully that will burn extra calories off...am going to speak to nurse re me feeling like im due one twice everymonth as that shouldnt be happening whilst im on pill and its making me heavier plus get terrible bache/stomache ache etc??
