LOL Ria!, dont we all ..yeah i have heard of orlistat..aherm..make sure you know were nearest loo's are everytime you have a meal though, you dont want to get caught short..i said from the start i DIDNT want ones that made me poop as im out and about all day and chances are would be naughty with my food and need to get there speedy time! LOL
HOnestly though girls, i think the tabs ARE fab, but obv theyre not for everyone like RG proved, she had bad side effects with the same tabs i had but i was fine!?..my mum has had reductil as have another handful of people i know but theyve not lost anything!?..you really do have to change what/how much youe at as well and my mum would be the first to tell you she 'didnt' listen to her stomach as shes of the 'lick you plate clean' brigade!..no woner im fat!, getting brought up like that LOL
Well RG, i knew i could reply on you to cut to the chase for me LOL..the reason i said about fat was i used to give dd malt loaf when she was younger as it said something like 0% fat..however it was filled with sugar d'oh..so i guessed that the 2 dont automatically cancel each other out!..i am nnow however banished upstairs turning the air green and stomache gurgling like mad!...wont do that again then!
Just that as its TOTM i 'needed' something sweet and didnt want to spoil myself!
Anyhoo today, i had one slice of toast with a smidge of brussels pate on (naughty), lunch was grapes that id chopped earlier in day as i didnt have time to make anything, glad id washed and chopped them otherwise it may have been the crisp box instead!..then tonight i dry fried some chicken breast with broccoli, carrot and sweetcorn(yeah get me and my veggys!!) and served with pasta in sauce made up with no milk or butter just boiling water..it was gorge and am stuffed!
so am off to wash hair, had a crappy day at work/with dd's school so feeling a bit, so will treat myself to a highlights drink in a bit (whoa girl, dont go wild!!) LOL
