I have just been on-line after reading some of your threads. There is not a group near me that I can go to in the day,( Dh works evenings and I do some as well ) Can I get on-line and find out more than a weeks recipes . I don't get the green and red business and need to read up a bit more.
Is there anyway I can access the site without joining a group, is it good for small amounts of weight that won't budge ?

The password is sometimes on the SW thread on here. Have you thought about getting the books from ebay so you can get to grips with it?
I believe this weeks password is melon.

Thanks justria.
Should try e-bay that's a good idea. I noticed the password had been mentioned in here but thought you had to put in members details as well. will put ds to bed and checkout e-bay have to do something soon

I think you can sign up to the website but miss out the bit about which club you go to.

I was going to meetings when I first signed up, but have used the website since I stopped going with help from MN

I have actually fallen off the SW wagon and am calorie counting ATM, but good luck. If you like cooking/preparing food, it's a good diet.
