So, I would like to lose some weight before we get to christmas day. I dont want to weigh more going into 2027 than I do now. So who's up for the journey with me? I dont use jabs so this will be focused on diet, excerise and willpower alone. Im 38 nearly 39 in Jan and want to ger stronger, fitter and healthier approaching my 40s. Im currently overweight I'll be honest at 15st. My long term goal is 12st. Will see how I feel at 12st before I commit to anymore. Im not looking at 12st by christmas but a great deal lighter. So, who's with me? We'll weigh every Monday x

9 weeks till chrismtas. At 2lb a week thats 18lb off which is 1st 4lb if my maths is right 🤔
I'd rather that off than putting it on between now and new year 🤣
Which will happen in my case
