My advice would be to avoid any kind of crash diet and think about weight loss as a long term thing not a couple of months of desperate behaviour. I so wish that I had not started down the path of yo yo dieting when I was your age.

Could you focus on continuing with the eating healthier and loving more rather than switching to a crash diet?

Weight loss (GLP1) injections are effective but they are expensive - about £100 to £250+ a month depending on the medication type and the dose. The newer GLP1 tablets are less effective but a bit cheaper, although still £50 to £150 a month. You’d also have to consider being on a GLP1 long term as it’s not a case for most people of a few months and then stopping as maintain the weight loss may still need medication.

The quicker you lose weight the quicker you regain it again after you stop putting in so much effort. Sustainable slow progress with changes you can live with forever is way better than fast loss with a plan you couldn't live with long term. 4.5kg in a month is great. Keep going at that rate, and you'll be another 9kg down in December and another 18kg down by April. Maximise protein and fibre. Modest amounts of healthy fats. Make sure any snacks contain protein & veg not just carbs. Avoid UPFs and keep alcohol as an occasional treat not a regular thing.
