Coming off mounjaro

I came off mounjaro in the summer but I was starving all the time so went back on it, but can’t stay on it forever, I need to taper off this time, any tips or advice on how I can stay on track? I’ve lost two stone and being on mounjaro has really suited me but I can’t afford to stay on it.

Would you consider tablets? They will be a lot cheaper.
I have been tapering down from 15mg in sept 25 at bmi 25. I'm now at bmi 22 having lost another stone coming down, have just done 3.5mg today. What dose was your highest? I would take it really slow and stay on the standard doses for a month or 2 each, it was when I got to 5mg that the hunger and cravings kicked in but I went back up to 6mg then back down and it was fine after that and I've not had any issues since. My lowest weight in November 25 was 8st 10lbs and this morning I was 8st 11lbs so I've maintained really well! I occasionally track food on myfitnesspal app but haven't for months and try to focus on protein which keeps me fuller for longer.
