Please does anyone have a weightwathcers point guide they could email me?

Was planning on doing it online cos its not easy for me to get to meetings but its £50 for the first three months! Can't really afford it at the moment. Didn't imagine it would cost so much. I'm so desperate to lose a couple of stone, i'm so unhappy at the moment with my weight.
