The Christmas One Stone Club

I’m making a proper effort to lose a stone before Christmas and wondered if anyone else is in the same boat and wants to join in for a bit of mutual support.

I’m currently 13st and 5ft, so I definitely have the weight to lose, and my main downfall is—without a doubt—the evening snacking. Chocolate, crisps, cake... if it's in the cupboard, I will eat it!
I really need to rein it in, cut down the junk, and start swapping in some healthier options. I feel like having a clear target between now and Christmas will give me something proper to focus on, and losing a stone would make such a difference to how I feel in my clothes and about myself.

I'm using Nutracheck and plan on doing some exercise as often as I can squeeze it in.

@achristmaswishI don't track what I eat but my breakfasts and lunches are from Slimming world and I try to make dinners from Slimming sites.

I can't understand why it worked before, but not now.

I’d like to join please. Have lost weight on slimming world before but I’m also tracking calories too. Slimming world premise is good as there are lots of filling foods for the calorie content but I do need to measure and make sure it’s a reasonable amount. Kept to 1400 cals yesterday and wasn’t hungry. Did a good workout class in the evening which burned 300 cals. This stone keeps sticking since my 2 year old was born
