I was in julian graves the other day and asked assistant abt lipobind - she said that she had been on it for the last 6 months and had lost 3 stone - but she didnt know wheter it was because she was doing loads of excercise as to why the fat had dropped off - and she said it was expensive aswell, i was going to do it but cant as im breastfeedin!

Lipobind doesn't work. What does probably work for some is the act of taking a tablet when you eat "bad" food, and how it would make you focus on what you're putting in your mouth a bit more.
