okay so i have to stop being lazy and actually do something so may not reply straight away. but could some one help me devise a fitness plan that i may actually stick to? esp any fitness intructors that may be on here?

equiptment that i have (i impulse buy from shopping channels determined that this new piece of equiptment will work and i will use it!!) inc a lateral thigh trainer, though that is too hard and can only manage 10 mins at a time, an exercise bike (one of those funky ones with the moving arms) i like using as i can use my mp3 player, a bean stumache excersiser thing (dvd is far too hard though and cant keep up), a wii fit and free weights.

oh and loads of dvds but i only have limited time so ideally would like something that is broken into sections so i can do bits throughout the day.

i need to tone up everywhere but especially my tummy, arms and chest. and lose weight too, though i am doing this through diet so toning is more important!

have a look at this thread everyone there (including me!) started with the podcast on the link in the first post. Very easy (honest!!) and slowly slowly after 8 weeks you can run 5km - it's true miracle stuff, easy, cheap (apart from your running shoes) and FUN.
