i get married next August, found the perfect dress…. It doesn’t zip and is no where near zipping, I’ve been on a diet for the last 3 months and haven’t lost more that a pound if I’m lucky!
my jobs physical as I’m a cleaner, I’m up and down stairs countless times a day, out walking about 2 miles a night and have cut out all unhealthy stuff… doctors aren’t interested but im classed as obese but dont qualify for weight loss treatment because i have no medical conditions… what the hell am I doing wrong 😭

You'll being eating to a maintenance level of calories if you are not losing weight. That's good because you're not gaining any further weight, but you will need to be in a consistent calorie deficit to lose weight long term.

You can still be eating a lot of calories even if it's healthy food, if the portions are too large or you are snacking too often.

I suspect you know, you’re eating too much, you need to be in a defecit. So if you’ve cut out the unhealthy stuff then your portion sizes are too big
