Skin fold issues after weight loss

I've lost 126lbs and have a skin apron on my belly.

I regularly feel sore under there. I have these red lines thatvare itchy and get weepy sometimes (i use sudocrem and baby powder)

I also have these brown sort of pigments though too, I don't know if theybare like a fungal infection or something?

I'm always really itchy and sweaty under there and generally uncomfortable.

I cannot afford skin surgery and I know the NHS doesn't do that.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there anything else i could be doing?

I have a crease and overlap from my c sections that gets red and weepy from time to time, the Dr prescribed canestan cream. I use that for a few days and it clears it up. It’s just the regular cream you can get off the shelf.
Congrats on the weight loss.

Canestan or sudocrem, don’t use talc

Have you tried an antifungal cream and powder? Something like daktarin? (Probably marketed for athletes foot). And you can get special pants that have like a pocket to put the apron in, I ahve seen them on Facebook but not tried!

Don’t use talc. It just created a horrible paste when you sweat

look at the new knickers from Snag and use a fungal type ointment.

Someone suggested to me washing it with Nizoral shampoo once or twice a week and it did help.

Otherwise, shower every day, clean and rinse throughly, pat dry with tissue.

I tried medicated power for a while and that did feel more comfortable in the fold but the powder is difficult to control and it made my vulva itchier (menopause dry skin), so I stopped using it.

I now just stick with the shampoo and keeping to clean/dry.
