Has anyone used Max Lowery, the coach to lose weight? Keeps popping up on my feed. It talks about getting to the route cause, stress, emotional eating etc. What I don't understand it what that coaching looks like in practice???

This chap has a website which appears to explain all of that, and you are apparently required to have a (free) phone call before signing up so I guess you could ask then as well.

See to me, it just talks about rewiring your brain but doesn't say how. Maybe I've missed a post that explains it.

On the actual website not on social media posts, it gives some detail about the coaching and talks about individualised plans with CBT, contact with real human coaches etc etc for 90 days. They don't mention price as I would assume it’s expensive, and they want you to do a call so they can pressure sell you the programme. They also don’t appear to post any terms of sales on their website so you can’t check anything about cancellation before committing at least to the phone call. I tend to view those sorts of programmes with suspicion, where deliverables, prices and terms are hidden away like this.

I think that's the thing, they talk about polyvagal therory and reducing stress levels, how? Maybe it's all mindfulness and CBT. Because it seems non specific, to me it's voodoo!!!
Hopefully someone who has used them can tell me the magic. I wouldn't book a call without having an idea on this.... and the price.
