I’m unable to use glp1s due to debilitating side effects so looking for alternative things to try. Has anyone tried either Killa Vanilla or Hunger Killa
or had success with any other products?

There is much healthier alternative to GLP-1 medication that's completely free.

Fasting.

I'm starting a prolonged fast on Sunday (have just started a thread about it on here), if you would like to join me?

I have hunger killa in my cupboard didn’t seem to do much.Protein works customer service isn't great either. I might give it another go and report back, but you could achieve similar results by dissolving psyllium husk in a glass of water then chasing with another glass of water and drinking before meals.

I’m looking into Berberine which apparently acts like a GLP1. Holland & Barrett sell the tablets, some places sell it in a patch.

Is nearly fell for this because of all the adverts on instagram. Don’t do this. It’s actually quite bad for you and no evidence to say it works

I ordered some last week. I then realised, as I was going to collect it, that I stupidly hadn’t checked if it was safe to take with my high blood pressure meds. It is not 🙁

Yes this really does interest me. Can you provide a link to your post? Thanks 😊
