How to lose weight in 3 weeks?

I'm overweight (size 18) and I do really want to lose weight generally but haven't yet got my head round how I will do it. Separately, we've just booked a last minute holiday for mid-July. I really don't agree with crash diets but my desperation to feel a bit more comfortable on holiday is shamefully overshadowing my principles... I'm under no illusion that I will still be overweight in 3 weeks and will then need to do something more healthy and sustainable, but if I can reduce bloating and feel just a tiny bit more confident by the time I go away, I think it will make me so much more relaxed. So - any ideas please?

You can lose half a stone in three weeks without crash dieting. Eating too little is miserable and bad for you.

Stick to 1500 calories and prioritise protein and fibre. Cut out most sugar and white carbs. Lots of veg, lean meat and eggs. Butternut squash is your friend. Lots and lots of water.

Get your steps in - an extra 1 hour walk a day will shift another 0.5lb a week.

Nutracheck app is great for for food tracking.

Get some Mounjaro if you can afford it and fit the criteria..

This.
High protein, high fibre across 2 meals and no snacks cuts my bloat in about 2 weeks.

Walking is great, but I would avoid taking up new gym sessions or intensive exercise as that can fuel hunger, cause short term water retention and it isn't long enough to see any real benefit in 3 weeks.
