Breastfeeding, binge eating and food noise!

Any tips for managing the above please!

I am a life long emotional binge eater (intertwined with quite bad health anxiety). A year of CBT in 2021 got it very under control, I was exercising 5 days a week and feeling amazing.
Fast forward to now, the binge eating and health anxiety are through the roof again following having my son, and a couple of very hard years personally/ close family losses to cancer.
I know really that the thing I found more helpful than the CBT to get my anxiety under control was movement and feeling good in myself, however the time to do that working full time/ lack of sleep with a toddler just feels impossible. I am breastfeeding so weight loss injections are out of the question, and actually I only have about a stone and a half to lose, so nothing drastic.
Any tips for how to focus and reduce the food noise would be gratefully received please! I know I need to get the anxiety under control alongside it, and am separately working on that, but any tips for the binging and food noise much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Bf will make you hungrier and it’s a really difficult time to focus on your own body and your own needs. It might be better just to table it as something to deal with when you’ve finished bf and have more time to yourself. It doesn’t sound like things are getting out of control and if your weight gain is minimal it is likely that you are still benefiting from what you learned from your cbt.
