Hi. I have just started shake that weight today, doing total plan. Anyone else able to share their weight loss journey on it.
I've done all the diets, lighter life, Cambridge (one:one), slimming world, mounjaro and semaglutide. I always end up heavier. I get I should do balanced diet and exercise but TBH I'm too lazy, I always look for the quickest easiest way lol. I am going to try and lose a chunk of weight then join a gym. I want to lose 6st minimum. I'm currently 19.11 but not looking to be thin, realistically I'd be soo happy at a size 14.
