I need some ideas on what to take with me on a family trip to Wales. Currently follow Slimming World and am done nearly 2 stone. Really struggling the last two months with motivation and personal issues.
Me & partner are off to Wales to visit his family. There is a big family gathering so lots of food, drink, snacks and eating out. What can I do to limit the damage. I am all for treating myself and enjoying food etc but I have been doing that for 2 months and now I feel back in the game this week we are then disrupting the routine.
I am thinking bringing my only gin & diet drinks instead of cider. Carrots, ryvitas, peppers for when the crisps & cheese comes out. Protein bagels & cottage cheese for breakfasts.
