Protein powder is fucking horrible

Fuck me. All the adverts looked nice. So I went with Free Soul vanilla.

It's absolutely horrible. Rank. Eurgh. £27 totally down the drain.

I've just started and gone for unflavoured and whiz it up with frozen raspberries. It's not as bad as I thought. Is it a flavour or a texture thing? If flavour can you disguise it?

Also some of the protein enriched stuff. The protein bread is ok, also the weetabix (though can’t seem to find that now).

We like Bulk whey protein, doesn't have a nasty aftertaste like some we tried and mixes really well. It's galling to have to spend so much money to try one out, isn't it?

It's so strongly artificial. The texture isn't great but I could get used to that but the taste is absolutely rank. I mean if I put that on everything I'll lose half my bodyweight so maybe it does work....
