I tried the first class - but I just don't know whether to carry on. It seems a bit happy clappy for me, and I was actually put off by the amount of people who had lost the weight, left, put it back on and started again. Surely if it's sustainable they shouldn't need to? Also the fact that if you miss a week without prior permission you get charged anyway! On the other hand I suppose it's good incentive. I'm going back and forth like a pendulum, and I'd really like to ask for your opinions and experiences.
