Hi there,

Losing weight as I approach 40. Anyone able to recommended a good body firming cream for weight loss?

Also, has anyone had any success with those sculpting/toning treatments?

thanks

Jan

The gym. Swimming. Eating enough protein. And give it some time.

That’s not what I asked. I’ve lost three stone and counting. I’m asking about firming up my skin. Cheers.

No topical cream will permanently firm your skin the way surgery and the methods @VeganSteakAndFries suggested. At best, these creams will create a plumper, more hydrated, but superficially firm appearance (the key word is appearance). If you’re happy with that, try anything product that contains caffeine and peptides.

That is the answer to your question, eat loads of protein and exercise to build muscle

That’s what will firm you up. Creams don’t work.
