Would anyone care to give me some motivation or anyone in the same boat?

I’ve been yo-yoing the same 1.5 stone all my adult life. I’m so annoyed with myself because I managed to get down to my preferred weight and also get the fittest I’ve ever been. Only to slowly put it all back on over about 2 years. I’m currently 10.5 stone but it’s not a weight I’m comfortable at.

I’ve got to do this now though, I’m so uncomfortable. A lot of the weight goes on my boobs and my back is killing me.

My diet isn’t overall terrible but I get sugar addicted I’ve been snacking on cakes, muffins, pastries which has caused me to pile on weight.

I’m two days in, due on and got a headache and so tired, probably from stopping the sugary snacks.

Tell me to keep going 🙏

Keep going

plus you are normal - most people ego lose weight gain it back (I have multiple times). It’s still better for physical health than continually remaining heavy

if you can keep to it for a week or two and see a loss that will be motivating

I'm around ten stone at 63.25kg and ideally need to be at 57kg. I also have a very sweet tooth and love my dairy free chocolate bars. I'm used to being able to eat what I want but since peri the weight has piled on no matter what I eat. I'm small and petite so it shows.

Chocolate is my downfall so I feel your pain. I have a dress that id look good in if I could only lose weight so I'm using it to try and spur me on.

It's not easy but trying.

I'm exactly the same tho I'm heavier than you are. I'm 70kg and I'm good at 60. I yo-yo'd between 60 and 64 but after a terrible 6 months it's crept up.
