Which of the above is the most effective way to lose weight (without excess skin 🤦🏻♀️)
I have tried both and lost weight before but wanted to hear other peoples experiences and if there is any advice on how to lose weight without excess skin or are there any other diets where you can lose weight quickly but healthily?
I am 42 and currently weigh 19st, already lost 4 stone with no excess skin and would like to lose more. I’m also going to sign up to a gym for weight training.
