Will my overhang ever go?

I’m 5’8, 10 stone. The heaviest I’ve ever been is 12 stone. I’ve had three pregnancies/dc. I’m still young-ish (29) but my lower belly is just jelly. I do 3x cardio sessions a week and just started 3x lifting sessions a week. Will it ever go??

Cut out the gym sessions and start power walking every day. Even 30 mins once a day will make a difference! Walking works everything and tightens everything up. Also Pilates is only thing that will help the deep muscles long term. I’ve had 4 children. Last 2 were c section’s and I was the size of a house with one of those comedy bumps that by 20 weeks everyone I met thought I was ready to drop and with the c section you have an “apron” with the scar tissue etc that never goes and I’ve got my figure back after 3 years work slowly building it up to Pilates and bodypump and walking 5 days a week and I’m back to how I was at 30 - no surgery. Don’t take ip running! It’s very bad for your joints and also doesn’t tighten up muscles and skin like the power walking does
