What is my correct weight. Weighing when getting up for a wee. Or when I get out of bed after I've been the toilet properly.

We are retired so don't have a fixed time for getting out of bed.
I usually get up about 7.30am for a wee. I've got in the habit of weighing myself then.
I go back to bed for about an hour. Then get up get breakfast sorted but not eaten.
By this time I need to go properly to the toilet which is about 15 mins since I got up.
Which time is the best for weighing myself.

Your weight isn’t an exact number. It’s a range. Usually +/- 2kg each way, There’s no ‘one’ correct number.

I’d usually weigh after the first wee in the morning though.

I don't think it matters as long as you are consistent. Eg if you weigh at night you always weigh more - for reasons I don't understand!

If "going to the toilet properly" means having a poo, I imagine you'd weigh less after that, but the difference would be negligable unless you're in the habit of having a ginormous poo every morning.

Just weigh consistently at the same stage.

I weigh after my first morning wee and before I eat or drink anything, because that is when I weigh least and it gives me optimism

Yep, agree with everyone else, just pick a time and be consistent. Either one of your times would be fine.

Ok I'll keep to weighing at 7.30ish. Thanks for the advice
