You need to clarify what you mean by 'healthier'? Less fat, less calories, more iron content, more protein? Couldn't you just compare the packet or are you buying from a butcher?

Are they the same weight?
Medallion is usually a cut of tenderloin or sirloin.

Is there any nutritional info? The weight could be misleading because they can add water to meat to make it heavier.

Depends on the marble surely. I’m not familiar with “medallion” but tenderloin has less fat than sirloin. But that said some fat is healthy.

Tenderloin has more fat than sirloin.
Soya chunks are lean.

Go to the website of whatever supermarket you use or look at the packet? "Medallion" isn't really a cut so it may vary from which part of the animal it's taken, if you're very lucky it might be fillet but I doubt it, more often than not it's cut to look like fillet but isn't. Also before I share these, remember that nutritional declarations can be wrong (legally) by up to 20% so if a cut has, say a bit more fat, it will have different nutrition from one with less.

Medallion: 110kcal per 100g, 2.3g fat per 100g.

Sirloin: 201kcal per 100g, 12.7g fat per 100g.

Look at Asda medallion steaks though and I'd say the photo looks more like part of a ribeye. It certainly has more marbling. 169 kcal per 100g, 3.6g fat per 100g.

So that's quite a big difference depending on where you're getting it from. Also if you trim the sirloin, most of the fat is on the edge so you'd decrease that significantly. If that's what you mean by "healthy".

As for "healthy"? All are high in protein. I eat steak as I prioritise protein and fibre in my diet but don't eat chips with it. I'd have green vegetables instead. I'd never be that bothered to scrutinise back of pack to be honest.
