I'm under 12 stone for the first time in ooooh, years! Certainly since perimenopause! Still more to go but SOOOO happy!

That's my next goal...I'm only about 5lb away but haven't been under 12 stone in well over 20 years.

Well done you. I can't wait for the scales to tell me this. I've got 2 and a half stone to go though ,but have lost 21lb so far.
