Is anyone 5’11’’ and weigh 12 stone? What size clothes do you wear and what do you eat on a typical day?

At 5ft 11in and 12st, your BMI would be 23.4. For some ethnicities, that would be just into the overweight category, by 0.4. For someone who is white, that would be well within the healthy weight range.

Your BMI is 23.4 which is not overweight

According to the NHS website (if you are white) the healthy range for your height is 9st7lb to 12st11b

BMI-wise it’s fine.

I’m 5’11 and a good weight for me is 11stone and a size 12. I put on weight around my middle, though, and at 12 stone/size 14 I feel not at my best.

My 17 yr old DD is 5’11 and 12 stone, but a size 12 and different shape to me - bigger, athletic legs and a bigger bum but flat tum and small waist - and she looks gorgeous and is definitely not overweight!
