I go on holiday tomorrow and I've lost

On 8th February I realised that my weight was getting out of control.
I'm only 5ft 1. Was a size 18/20.
For some reason that was the day I needed to sort my life out.
I was drinking every night, crisps and chocolate were eaten a lot.
That day I joined slimming world on-line.
Stopped drinking alcohol in the last few weeks I've only had 3 bags of crisps. (Naughty)
my treat is 4 chocolate peanuts every other day. Lots of water coffee without milk and sugar.
My weight was 196.4 pounds. Today I weigh 178.5 pounds.
It might not be the best weight loss but slowly and surely is my way.

Brilliant. Be careful on holiday it's so easy to put it back on. I lost weight went on a cruise holiday and put back on 4lb over the 10 days.

I disagree with the sentiment to be careful on your holiday. Enjoy your holiday, you've earned it and you know the tools now to lose again when you get home.

My excersise is walking and dancing. Might join a gym when I come home.
Yes I'll be careful and try not to put too much weight back on.
