On 8th February I realised that my weight was getting out of control.
I'm only 5ft 1. Was a size 18/20.
For some reason that was the day I needed to sort my life out.
I was drinking every night, crisps and chocolate were eaten a lot.
That day I joined slimming world on-line.
Stopped drinking alcohol in the last few weeks I've only had 3 bags of crisps. (Naughty)
my treat is 4 chocolate peanuts every other day. Lots of water coffee without milk and sugar.
My weight was 196.4 pounds. Today I weigh 178.5 pounds.
It might not be the best weight loss but slowly and surely is my way.
