I try to go to the gym 4 times a week (got 8kg of baby weight that's not shifting).
I have to wait until dh comes in from work until I can go which sometimes doesn't work out and then I feel lousy for missing a day....
So, I'm thinking of getting an excercise DVD so at least I can do it when the kids are around....maybe my toddler will like to join in with me :-)
Anyone got any good results with one??
