I lost over 6 stone. I have an overhang and saggy legs, arms, tummy and poor posture. I want to work at them all. Can anyone share true before and after of achieving better without surgery? Ill put the work in, I dont wnat surgery I don't NEED but ive just seen someone who's had s tummy tuck and they look fantastic and I am so jealous. I still see my belly in jeans, like they did, now they are purely flat and look amazing.
Could I really out exercise a poor body?! Is there anyone who is in the fitness industry online who has done it etc? I know people will say, pilates, weights, swimming but I need to SEE what is truly possible.
