Weight loss after illness

Back in December i was poorly with pneumonia, it really knocked me. I was so used to being active and then I struggled to do anything! I have put on some weight and don’t feel comfortable in my clothes. I have slowly started to exercise again, but I am wanting to do intermittent fasting, what do you all eat for breakfast/lunch? Im stick for ideas!
I will probably have my tea about 6 and then not eat until 10.30/11. This is easy when not at work, but I’m thinking what I do when I’m at work, I work in a school , so structured breaks etc!

i have chia pudding for breakfast (bbc food have a recipe - though I usually do half, add fibre supplement & fruit). Lunch is usually roasted butternut squash with cottage cheese, avocado and cottage cheese, eggs or a bean dish (amazing one in roasting tin around the world with garlic and lemon), soup with beans in etc (bold bean recipe books have great ideas in). Dinner is usually some kind of bean thing (but best to only have one portion a day…!), marinated grilled chicken of some kind with veg / carbs, small portion of pasta with loads of veg.

I’ve found google Gemini really helpful for calculating calories in recipes - and can suggest tweaks to reduce calorie count which has really helped! I don’t worry too much at weekends, but just try not to massively overdo anything!

Same
I've had breast cancer treatment and determined to lose 2 stone and get fit.
I'm intermittent fasting, very little booze, eating for nutrition. Gradually introducing gentle exercise.

Try the 5:2 diet, it's the only thing that worked for me (although I know do every second day so 3:4 one week 4:3 the next) but was still losing when i was doing 5:2 (just slower) i also find on the fast days I can go up to 900 calories and still lose but do try to stick to no more than 1600 on my higher calorie days x
