Walking pad recommendations

I’m struggling to find the time to get to the gym or even exercise with two young kids so want to get a walking pad for my birthday, to help me lose weigtt it and also just get a bit fitter. Does anyone have one and would they recommend?

I see people on insta but there always PR ones where their sponsored so not convinced it’s a true review

I have a walking pad and it’s good for walking and working - it’s under my desk - but if I were going to get it for general fitness and not for working, I would get an actual treadmill as then you can also potentially run on it in future. I’d also get one with an incline, which mine doesn’t have. (Not sure of the brand of mine Im afraid as im not home.) so sorry no recommendations as such!

I bought this one last year. I highly recommend!

I have a walking pad pro A1, which is great but it is one of the most expensive for a basic walking pad, ie that is just for walking not running. I got it specifically because it folds in half for storage and I use it in a small space where I don't have room to leave it out (and it's too big/bulky to fit under my bed or sofa)

I did a lot of research and the main things that affect the price of walking pads seem to be - weight limit of the user, and whether they can be folded or stored upright (most can't) If those two things aren't an issue for you then there's plenty of affordable options, if not do your research! Be careful if buying from Amazon as some aren't clear they come from China and though they'll be cheap, there's no real protection if they break or the electrics go.

Look at deerRun. I have one and use it everyday. Great prices as well

Cheap one off Amazon but made sure it went up to 12kmph as I felt that would push me more. All good so far
