Who wants to lock in and try and lose 12 lbs in 12 weeks with me?
I have 12 weeks (well 11 now but there abouts!) until my holiday and have set myself a goal of losing 12lbs (or more of course!).
This past week I have been calorie counting, increasing water in take and trying to be more consistent with workouts! Oh and minimum 10k a day on another thread 🤩
My start weight: 10st 6.8
I am weighing daily but recording everything and focusing on the loss per week. I have lost this initial 6lbs or so umpteen times before and regained but enjoying the positivty and accountabilty from the steps thread I wanted to start another one to record everything else!
