I'm in my fifties and want to lose a stone, ideally a stone and a half to get back to my old self. I seem to crave too much sugar particularly in the evenings and I don't know how to get this under control so that I can improve my diet and lose weight. My plan was to start the 16:8 fast as this has worked in the past but I find myself craving sugary foods in the evenings and then wake up ravenous for breakfast. Any hints please?
