I’ve been on Wli for a year and plateaued on WG after succeeding on MJ. I had to swap after the Trump price hike. I’ve lost just over 2 stone in a year (so £1200 down too). I have been aware of BLE for several years and listened to the audio book twice and done the free Webinar master class. Can I hear your stories? I need accountability so happy to buddy up. I’m starting on Wednesday (beginning of Lent, I always observe this so this is a good time).

This all sounds great! I’ve lost 2lbs in 6 days. I started properly last Monday 7th after stopping chocolate for lent, then bread and then starting weighing etc. I can’t manage the whole logging food the day before but I have an awful shop day by day habit for what I fancy for dinner. This is always dictated by what sort of day I’ve had. I find the “no matter what don’t eat, don’t eat no matter what” mantra works well for me because 4pm to 8pm is the snacksiddent danger zone for me. One pick me up after an exhausting day at school of a biscuit is the whole packet. I can do a lot of damage in that 4 hours. I find the salad in the evening a pain. I get 10 minutes on a slow day to eat lunch so I need things that I can eat one handed or standing up (on duty or working through lunch 20 min break). I’m combining this with WLI. I’m on 4.8 of WG so the combination will hopefully shift the 6 stone I have left to go.

Well done. Yes, salad can be messy to eat. I am chopping mine up into small pieces, even the lettuce, and I grate veg like carrots and courgettes. I find I can eat it with a dessert spoon that way which is more efficient! Though possibly not very attractive.

I’m 7.5 lbs down at just short of 6 weeks. How’s everyone else doing?
