I've been at SW for less than a week, only been doing the green days as I find it easier.
Anyway today I've eaten small bowl of porridge, tuna sandwich ( no butter )a bag of ryvita minis and fruit.
I'm going out with a friend tonight for a chinese, what could I have that's low in calories, don't normally have chinese as dh and dc don't like it, so I'm usless at knowing what low calorie.
