Has anyone done the BodyDoctor programme, either at the gym, or at home? Is it really as good as he says?

Bought his book today as it was reduced and it seems at first read to be amazing. Has anyone done it? Is the 5" off your waist in 6 weeks really feasible, especially if you only do it at home?

Hi, I am doing it at the moment, and have to say it definitely works. I started at 11 stone and am now about 10 st 4 after 4.5 weeks. I am wearing jeans which at the beginning I had to constantly have undone to be able to breathe because if they were done up I felt like I was being cut in half. They are done up I add and are even baggy. I had been also resistant to buying new bras as I put on weight wanting to believe I was smaller than I was, it constantly felt like my back was being pulled back, my skin would be left with an imprint on it when I took my bra off from too tight strap across my back and I had back ache. I have to say that I have religiously worked out 3 x a week following the exercise and also eaten heathily and it is working. I would recommend that you do the cardio 3 x a week which works out at 45 mins even if it is just a 45 min walk to make sure that you get it in to along with the weights too. Make sure you drink plenty of water too.

Forgot to say, I am using one of Carol Vorderman's recipe books as I cook a few recipe's at the weekend, to cover meals for a couple of weeks. It means when I get home from a long day at work, I simply take one out of the freezer for the next day and it keeps me on track diet wise.
