Feeling miserable on day 3

I'm 3 days into a diet.

Balanced macros, maybe had 1600 calories a day down from 2000+. I'm 5.6 and 13st 5.

Had a look at MFP and today I've had 125g protein, 50g fat, and 189g carb.

Why do I feel so miserable? 🤣😆 I'm fairly sure I've been eating a lot more fat than this and that the fat has been boosting my mood or something, because I feel low and cold.

Is it really this much of a shock to my system?

I would reduce the carbs and increase the good fats like avocado, nuts, dairy etc. You will get better fat loss with less carbs as the body uses carbs first for energy before moving onto body fat reserves but if you have less carbs the body moves on to fat burning a lot quicker. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
