I'm 3 days into a diet.
Balanced macros, maybe had 1600 calories a day down from 2000+. I'm 5.6 and 13st 5.
Had a look at MFP and today I've had 125g protein, 50g fat, and 189g carb.
Why do I feel so miserable? 🤣😆 I'm fairly sure I've been eating a lot more fat than this and that the fat has been boosting my mood or something, because I feel low and cold.
Is it really this much of a shock to my system?
