Wegovy from SheMed and ADHD meds

Hi all, I need to lose about 3 stone and have been looking at Wegovy rather than MJ due to the costs. I was also diagnosed with ADHD about 6 weeks ago but cannot speak to anybody about possible meds for another 15 weeks due to their backlog.
So a couple of questions for anybody who has done Wegovy or MJ with ADHD meds too.
1 - Does Wegovy work anywhere near as well as MJ?
2 - If I get ADHD meds will I still need Wegovy or will the ADHD meds help with food noise?

My Adhd meds don’t help w food noise. Maybe there are some that do. Upping
my protein intake has had a very similar effect for me.

I know a couple of people who've been in a similar position, and they found it wasn't really a case of one replacing the other. For one of them, ADHD medication helped reduce impulsive eating and food noise, but it didn't completely take away the need for a weight management plan. Everyone seems to respond differently, so I'd be inclined to discuss both treatments together with the clinician once you have your medication appointment. Hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer.
