Just hoping someone can help me with this app. I found the Fitness Chef a few months ago, I've read his book and watched his videos and I find his content very helpful.
I downloaded his app yesterday and I'm attempting to log food but I'm finding it really difficult to navigate 'cups' as a measurement. Apparently there is a way I can do it in grams but I can't see an option to do this. Can anyone help me regarding the food tracking please?
(Example, trying to log oat milk and it's logged as one cup - 240ml. I used 100ml. I now need to work out the fraction I used and I can't be bothered to do this every time I eat / drink something, so would prefer the gram option.)
