Weight loss and excess skin

Has anyone lost a significant amount of weight and managed to avoid excess skin?

Im 42, never had children (not sure if this is relevant) and want to lose 8 stone, I have already lost 4 stone by calorie counting and walking.

Are there any success stories of loosing this amount of weight with no excess skin? If so how did you do it and what supplements (if any) did you use.

The advice given is to exercise, go to the gym, lose it slowly, but losing eight stone is a huge amount and must inevitably result in some excess skin, which can only be removed by surgery, tummy tuck, bingo wings, or complete body lift, if necessary. If you’ve already lost 4 stone with no excess skin, that’s a really good result, maybe it won’t be a big problem for https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cx2500v087xo

Congratulation to what you lost so far that is brilliant!

I think also moisturizing and pinching the skin can help to keep lose skin at bay.

Pinching? I’d need a vice!
