Me! On MJ but still not very good with all of those things and don’t like the usual suspects on the protein front.

Not sure how / what / when to do though!

I'm buying All Bran tomorrow as I've Googled the highest fibre cereal!

Also going to start using the chia seeds I bought weeks ago!

Fibre is my biggest sticking point

I can recommend the organic protein company op. I add their vanilla powder to smoothies for breakfast- it’s the best I’ve tried. Not grainy or full of crap. Fills me up for hours!

Just ordered a protein powder. I've spent ages today researching. I usually prep Monday to Thursday breakfasts and lunches for work on a Sunday so need to decide.

Rough plan:

Breakfast: small smoothie with protein powder, Greek yoghurt, ice and fruit. I'll pre soak some chia seeds and add those too. Small pot of All Bran to snack on.

Lunch: cooked chicken and enamame beans (because I love them!) Need to think what to bulk it out with

Water before each meal. I'm shit at remembering and can't escape my classroom for toilet breaks so tend to be careful about intake
