Lose a stone

I’d like to lose a stone and both me and DM would like to tone up/lose from our stomachs.

Any ideas? I’ve done WW in past.

I lost a stone recently by not drinking, eating fewer carbs, smaller portions and before 6pm and walking, mostly, between 5-10k steps daily. It took about 3 months to go from 11 stone to 10 stone. Have stabilised at that for a while though have increased carbs now so guess I’m maintaining at the moment. Would like to lose another half a stone but it’s not going to happen over xmas, plus I really do need to start resistance training.

It’s not possible to lose weight from/tone up one spot of the body, although there are places that go first or are more resistant, depending on your shape. Toning up comes from weight/resistance training and it’s separate to weight loss. If you want stronger core pilates or any pilates-inspired training gives impressive results.
