Disordered or smart ?

hi everyone

I started my journey to losing 1st by Christmas around 3 weeks ago. Before that , my weight loss had plateaued and I’d actually gained weight whilst on Wegovy. I’ve since switched to Mounjaro but made a huge effort to change my way so this can be sustainable.
With these changes , those around me feel what I call lifestyle changes , are disordered. I’d love to know what others think?

some examples:

I am not counting calories but I rotate the same healthy meals.

I only drink black coffee and herbal tea instead of my lattes with all kinds of syrup.

I don’t always have 3 meals a day - sometimes 2 .

I have cut down on snacking and when I do , it’s on fruit.

I won’t go to bed unless I’ve hit 10k steps minimum.

Drink a glass of water before food.

Weigh myself weekly

sometimes I’ll jog on the spot whilst I wait for the microwave to stop or go for a walk instead of eat at every lunch break.

Yogurt bowls with fruit syrup is like dessert to me . If I have a huge sugar craving , I’ll crumble one of those mini packs 100kcal packs of biscuits on top of the yogurt and fruit.

I bring my own lunch to work - I meal prep at the same time that I make dinner so I’m not snacking on things as I prep.

If it works for you, crack on OP.
Speaking as a coffee addict though, surely there's a middle ground to be found between "latte with all kinds of syrup" and black coffee? That would not be sustainable for me.
