am on the go all day every day as a childminder doing at least 2 school runs(there and back) and on 3 days 3 school runs..plus walks to groups, libraries, softplay, aprk,town and so on..
Started diet/cutting down alst week and have done well, but other than walking what else would help?, i dont get a lots of time i often work till8pm and start 6.30am..but need to do something to help with loss to tone up particulary arms, legs stomache?
