Evening everyone!
Ive recently started on Wegovy and found it very helpful for the food noise. I lost a stone in about 5 weeks.
Weightloss has now stalled a bit. I know part of that is because I can’t work out like I used to(hence weight gain) and having PCOS. Having fibromyalgia means even going for a walk now hurts (I have a stick) and get exhausted easily. I am a single parent so have to be careful about my energy usage.
So I am looking for tips .
I am relying on easy to make meals due to fatigue but they tend to be carb heavy which isn’t good for PCOS- so any easy to make meals anyone could suggest.
I am also looking for tips from people who have chronic illnesses and any work outs they do/can manage.
