Wedding countdown - 3 months to lose 5-7kg

I have had a big weight loss the past few years got down to 65kg, and maintained at a reasonable weight of 67kg pretty well for 9 months now.

Fluctuated a fair bit up and down (normal) but as I am getting married in 3 months I had stepped up my exercise the last few weeks but I think I have slipped out of my deficit too much and need to up my protein

Today I am back up to 69kg and I feel the slippery slope lurking around. So I am back on it to try to get back to at least 65kg (but I would like to get to 63 in all honesty for the wedding but if I get to 65 I will be happy)

The weight I am carrying now is just a small belly and bum. I am 5ft 5

I also want to step up my exercise game as I haven’t been pushing myself much the last few months

Thread to keep me accountable!

yesterday:

30 mins weights (arms)
1 hour Pilates
5 mile dog walk/hike

I pushed myself with extra weight

food: (not good 😂 and didn’t track)
Greek yoghurt and fruit
protein bar
toasted cheese sandwich
small slice birthday cake
(some snacks in between I’ve forgotten..)
beef & rice bowl made by DP
1 x small glass red wine
a peach

TODAY:

1 hour in gym
Cardio: incline + jogging
Full body weights (main focus legs)

I pushed myself with more weight than I had been in the last few months

AM
Greek Yoghurt
Protein bar
popcorn

Lunch:
Veggie soup + 1 whole meal pitta

Dinner: tbc

My fitness pal is giving me 1400 calories to lose 0.5kg a week in 12 weeks

I don’t really eat back my exercise cals but I can mix it up on weekends to give myself an extra 500 if I am going out

A bit off track last night with some snacks but hopefully not too much damage.

I had a sachet of porridge (with water not milk) and then salmon and veg for dinner

weigh in today: 68.5kg

Gonna go for a run today but no weights

Did a run and 20k steps

didn’t track food as was an unusual day but back at it today only slip up was some sweets (loads 😂)

68kg today so the gain I had was just water. Now it will be getting into trying to lose fat
