Scales

I have bog standard scales.
Do you have fancy ones? Can you tell me about them please?

I have Renpho body fat scales , pretty cheap

I only got them because I was/am working on my fitness as well as losing weight

They link with my watch and phone and some of my apps that I use

Happy enough, I weigh once a week and it automatically logs on an app and that can be linked to other apps that I use. Like all scales it's best to have it on a solid floor and not move it. I like best of all its rechargeable cos battery things , they run down, I never have a spare, and before you know it, its a habit broken
