Why we eat too much (Andrew Jenkinson) - success stories about using this approach for weight koss

I've read the book (as well as Ultra Processed People, and also AJs other more recent book) and it sort of makes sense to me. I was slim without effort until meeting DH and I guess just giving in to his diet of more processed food.

I then became very large thanks to a hefty dose of steroids. I lost the weight just calorie counting but regained it again.

I guess I am just wanting positive success stories, tips etc. Or words of caution

I have about 3 stone to lose but am 5ft4 so that's a lot

I watched him on the Zoe channel a few days ago. It was really interesting (as I haven't read his book) and makes complete sense as to why losing weight is easy but keeping it off is so difficult.

It won't let me post the link here but the interview is entitled:
Weight gain pattern a leading surgeon saw in hundreds of patients - Dr Andrew Jenkinson
if anyone wants to find it.

There used to a series of threads on this way of eating. I don’t think there’s been any recent posts but I think some people did really well following most of the rules; many lost weight, felt healthier etc.

There’s not much on the last thread but you might find more information on the previous threads:
